Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments for TheBugBountyRoom access are final and non-refundable.

Because access to all tracks, targets and labs is granted instantly upon payment, the purchase cannot be undone - please review the pricing page and free content before paying.

There are no auto-renewals or recurring charges - each payment covers a single month and simply expires if you choose not to renew. There is nothing to cancel.

Paid but not unlocked, or lost access mid-period? That is a service issue, not a refund case - email contact@thebugbountyroom.com with your username and we will restore your access with priority, usually same day.

Duplicate payments for the same account are refunded in full, no questions asked.

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms (attacking out-of-scope targets, sharing solutions, sandbox abuse) forfeit remaining access with no refund.
